We are Decker Terrier breeders who are focused on the preservation of a truly phenomenal breed. This canine is a high quality dog that has been in existence for over 35 years. The Decker Terrier is a very versatile breed with many unique things to offer new owners and breeders. Every breeder concerned with the welfare of the breed should strive to keep them original and intact. These dogs are in essence at a fragile state, fewer than 1800 dogs exist in the world today. Careless breeding could see them very well vanish into obscurity forever. With continued efforts by dedicated breeders, we can ensure the Decker's continue for many years. Truly magnificent not only in physical but, high intelligence and supreme loyalty they seem almost human like in their reasoning abilities. We will continue to promote our breed standard and adhere to those sacred principles as upstanding ethical breeders. We do not encourage out-crossing to any other breed of dogs as this would cause irreparable damage and forever change the dog we have today. Our ultimate goal will be to preserve the Decker Terrier for future generations to know and love.
